Any payment transactions will be encrypted.

All personally identifiable information will be anonymised one year following the student leaving the school where the Software was used and we shall not retain such personally identifiable information following this, although the aggregate data shall be retained for continuing analysis purposes.

Students data will only be retained in aggregate form following one year after the student leaves the school.

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes.
